Education: Other trades certificate or diploma. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions. Read blueprints, drawings and specifications to determine work requirements . Repair or replace defective machinery parts. Fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance or set-up. Perform routine maintenance work on machinery. Installing machinery and equipment. Operate hoisting and lifting equipment. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Trade Certification. Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Red Seal Endorsement. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Bending, crouching, kneeling. Weight handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs). Screening questions: Are you currently legally able to work in Canada?.
