Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support in a professional office setting.
Duties:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Answer and direct phone calls promptly and efficiently
- Take bookings and maintain calendars
- Perform data entry tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
- Manage office correspondence, including emails and faxes
- Maintain organized filing systems for documents and records
- Assist with clerical tasks as needed
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner
Skills:
- Excellent customer service skills
- Previous experience as a receptionist is advantageous
- Proficiency in administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and phone etiquette
- Familiarity with computer works and double tasking
