*Responsibilities*
* Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, or in-person.
* Identify and assess customers? needs to achieve satisfaction.
* Maintain customer records by updating job and account information accurately.
* Process orders, forms, applications, and requests.
* Escalate unresolved issues to the appropriate internal teams.
* Collaborate with team members to improve customer service processes and overall experience.
* Stay informed about product and service updates.
* Maintain consistent communication with customers to guide them through the service process.
* Collect payment after service.
* Manage office supplies and equipment, including procurement and inventory management.
*Requirements*
* Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
* Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Friendly, enthusiastic and professional mannerism.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Attention to detail and accuracy in all work performed.
* Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
* Familiarity with office equipment, such as printers and scanners.
* Proven experience as a CSR or in a similar role.
