*Position: Subprime Financial Services Manager*
*Job Description:* Weilai Automotive Inc. is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Subprime Financial Services Manager with proven experience in financial services to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for cars, a deep understanding of vehicle financing, and the ability to translate that knowledge into a consultative selling approach.
*Responsibilities:*
* Assist customers in finding financing solutions that meet their needs and budget.
* Provide excellent customer service, including greeting customers, assessing their needs, and guiding them through the financing process.
* Work closely with our sales team to present car loan options, including assistance with credit rebuilding and early lease termination services.
* Evaluate trade-in vehicles and negotiate fair prices.
* Maintain a strong knowledge of all vehicle models, including features, benefits, and safety characteristics.
* Follow up with prospective customers and return email/voicemail.
* Support online customers by setting appointments.
* Comply with all sales and service policies and procedures of the Company.
* Maintain compliance with OMVIC regulations.
* Actively promote the Company's products and services.
* Complete and submit credit applications with the customers.
* Communicate with financial institutions to facilitate vehicle financing.
* Ensure the authenticity of documents collected from customers and submit these to financial institutions as required.
*Qualifications:*
* Minimum 1 year of financial services management experience (prime or subprime) is *required*.
* Excellent customer service and negotiation skills.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
* *English is a must; proficiency in Farsi, Tagalog, or Spanish is a significant asset.*
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Valid driver's license.
* Completion of the OMVIC certification course is required.
* Proficiency with dealership management software or CRM systems.
* Basic understanding of financial documents and reporting.
* Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* High level of integrity and professionalism.
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
