Co-ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment. Perform general farm duties. Supervision: 5-10 people. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : First Aid Certificate. Equipment and machinery experience: Turf grass harvester. Tractor. Forklift. Area of specialization: Agricultural crop service. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Work under pressure. Tight deadlines. Physically demanding. Attention to detail.
