*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Server to join our Indian restaurant. The ideal candidate *MUST HAVE AT LEAST 1 YEAR* of server experience. Please *DO NOT* Apply if you don't have relative experience as we will not entertain your application. As a Server, you will be responsible for ensuring guests have a memorable dining experience by delivering food and beverages promptly, maintaining cleanliness, and assisting with various tasks in the kitchen and dining area. *Duties* * Greet and seat guests in a friendly and welcoming manner. * Take food and beverage orders accurately using the POS system. * Serve food and drinks to customers while ensuring their satisfaction throughout the meal. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation and delivery of orders. * Maintain cleanliness of tables, utensils, and dining areas by sanitizing surfaces regularly. * Assist in food preparation and handling as needed to support kitchen operations. * Manage time effectively to ensure efficient service during peak hours. * Address guest inquiries or concerns promptly to enhance their dining experience. *Skills* * Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction. * Proficiency in using POS systems for order entry and payment processing. * Excellent time management abilities to handle multiple tables efficiently. * Knowledge of food handling and safety practices within the food industry. * Familiarity with kitchen operations and food preparation techniques is a plus. * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while maintaining a positive attitude. * Strong communication skills to interact effectively with guests and team members.
