Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate. Tasks: Operate cash register. Process money, cheques and credit/debit card payments. Tabulate total payment for goods or services required. Calculate daily/shift payments received and reconcile with total sales. Suggestive selling. Greet customers. Provide customer service. Assist customers with self-checkout. Monitor all entrances and exits, request proof of payment when necessary. Work conditions and physical capabilities: Fast-paced environment. Combination of sitting, standing, walking.
