Tasks

Evaluate daily operations

Plan and organize daily operations

Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress

Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements

Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control

Read blueprint, schemas and drawings

Provide consultation services to government and other organizations

Prepare construction specifications, costs and material estimates

Operate GPS (Global Positioning System) and other navigation equipment

Supervise or conduct field surveys, inspections, technical investigations and testing of construction materials
