Job details
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Tasks: Coordinate subcontractors activities . Evaluate daily operations . Plan and organize daily operations. Prepare and submit construction project budget estimates. Recruit, hire and supervise staff and/or volunteers. Plan and prepare construction schedules and milestones and monitor progress. Prepare contracts and negotiate revisions, changes and additions to contractual agreements. Establish and implement policies and procedures for quality control. Plan and manage budgets. Prepare reports. Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years.- LocationEdmonton, ABT6T 2N2
