*Job Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations in our vibrant dining establishment. This role requires a passion for hospitality, an eye for detail, and the ability to create a welcoming environment for both guests and staff. *Responsibilities* * Manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including staff management, inventory control, and customer service. * Ensure high standards of food preparation and presentation, maintaining quality and consistency. * Oversee cash handling procedures and ensure accurate financial reporting. * Train, mentor, and evaluate restaurant staff, including interviewing potential candidates. * Develop and implement strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and drive repeat business. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service and address any operational issues. * Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant. * Monitor inventory levels and place orders as necessary to ensure adequate stock of supplies. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in a management role within the food industry, preferably in a restaurant or hotel setting. * Strong knowledge of hospitality standards and practices. * Familiarity with POS systems and cash handling procedures. * Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively. * Experience in food preparation is advantageous but not mandatory. * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences.
