You?ll lead the team ? supporting staff, delighting guests, and helping drive the business forward. Your leadership will directly impact guest satisfaction, team morale, and financial performance.
*Key Responsibilities Include:*
* Lead recruitment, training, and performance evaluations for spa staff
* Oversee daily operations, scheduling, service flow, and customer service
* Drive retail performance and set sales targets
* Manage inventory, purchasing, and vendor coordination
* Handle financial responsibilities: daily closes, reports, budgeting
* Develop monthly promotions and engaging marketing campaigns
* Maintain protocols, spa standards, and an exceptional guest experience
*About You:*
* You bring *experience in spa, salon, or hospitality leadership*
* You?re an energetic, hands-on leader who uplifts and motivates teams
* You?re highly organized, detail-oriented, and performance-driven
* You?re tech-savvy (booking systems, scheduling, reporting tools)
* You love wellness and want others to experience it too
* Esthetician experience is preferred, along with the willingness to step in if necessary
