*Preference will be given to candidates that apply in person, with resume. Looking for a Customer Service Representative - will be 20-30 hours/week, must be available weekends.* We are looking for enthusiastic, self-motivated, flexible individuals, with a passion for giving great customer service to join our team at Gord?s Smoke Shop. We place value on teamwork, a positive attitude, and the ability to learn, along with personal motivation and drive. We offer an extensive range of sales and product training. Previous experience in retail sales and some product knowledge will be required. *Position will include the following duties:* * Greet and assist costumers * Provide accurate information (e.g., product features, pricing) * Answer customers? questions about specific products/services * Providing/reporting issues and customer feedback to management * Stay up-to-date with new products/services * Basic math skills * Use of a POS system * Cleaning and restocking product * Engaging within social media * Working well within a team If you are looking for a fun environment to work in, then we would like to hear from you!
