Our Client is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Data Entry Clerk to join their team. *Responsibilities*
* Input and update data into databases and systems with high accuracy.
* Perform data collection and verification to ensure the integrity of information.
* Organize and maintain electronic files and records systematically.
* Utilize Microsoft Excel and other software tools to manage data effectively.
* Assist in clerical tasks such as filing, scanning, and document preparation.
* Collaborate with team members to streamline data entry processes.
* Identify errors or discrepancies in data and take corrective actions as needed.
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience in data entry or a similar clerical role is preferred.
* Proficient in using databases, office systems, and computer software applications.
* Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry.
* Familiarity with Microsoft Excel for data manipulation and reporting.
* Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
