You?ll handle phone calls, answer questions, resolve issues, and make sure every customer feels valued and heard. *Team Connector* Act as the crucial bridge between technicians and customers?providing remote support, guidance, and seamless communication that keeps the gears turning. *Emergency Response Ninja* Got an urgent call? You?ll prioritize and act fast, dispatching technicians with lightning speed to tackle HVAC emergencies. *Admin Pro* From ordering parts and managing maintenance plans to equipment registration, warranty assistance, scheduling cleanings, and even helping out with A/R?your fingerprints will be all over the operations that make us shine. *What You Bring to the Table:* ?
