Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service by answering questions and offering product recommendations
- Process sales transactions accurately using the point-of-sale (POS) system
- Handle cash and credit card payments, ensuring proper change is given
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging displays
- Conduct product demonstrations to showcase features and benefits to customers
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise
- Resolve customer complaints or concerns in a timely and satisfactory manner
Experience:
- Previous experience in retail sales is preferred
- Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Bilingual skills (if applicable) are a plus
- Proven ability to sell products and meet sales targets
- Familiarity with operating a point-of-sale (POS) system
- Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers of diverse backgrounds
- Cash handling experience is desired
- Organizational skills to maintain an orderly sales floor and manage inventory
