*Job Summary* We are seeking a vigilant and dedicated Security Guard to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining a safe and secure environment for our premises, employees, and visitors. This role requires keen observation skills, the ability to respond effectively to incidents, and a commitment to upholding security protocols. *Responsibilities* * Monitor and patrol assigned areas to ensure safety and security. * Utilize CCTV and surveillance systems to observe and report any suspicious activities. * Conduct regular inspections of the property to prevent theft, vandalism, or other illegal activities. * Respond promptly to alarms and emergencies, taking appropriate action as needed. * Provide assistance to visitors and employees while enforcing facility rules and regulations. * Prepare detailed reports on incidents, observations, and any security breaches. * Collaborate with local law enforcement when necessary for investigations or emergencies. * Participate in ongoing training related to law enforcement techniques, loss prevention strategies, and emergency response protocols. *Qualifications* * Previous experience in law enforcement or security is preferred but not mandatory. * Familiarity with CCTV systems and surveillance techniques is highly desirable. * Strong observational skills with the ability to remain alert at all times. * Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and effectively. * Must be physically fit and able to stand or walk for extended periods. * A valid security guard license may be required based on local regulations. * High school diploma or equivalent is preferred. _G Force Security is committed to creating a diverse, inclusive environment and is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
