*Responsibilities and Duties*
* Develop, implement and evaluate health and safety programs and strategies.
* Conduct Job and Hazard Safety Analyses.
* Report writing: safety progress reports for clients and members of management.
* Conduct safety orientations and ensure workers have met current training requirements.
* Conduct detailed, scheduled site inspections outlining any workplace and environmental hazards and provide professional, detailed site inspection reports including digital progress pictures (if allowed).
* Participate in pre-construction / pre-project meetings, giving input and recommendations for EHS site procedures.
* Communicate and work with site supervisor to eliminate any workplace hazards.
* Liaise with MOL and site supervisors regarding any notices.
* Attend meetings as required by clients.
* Prepare incident or near miss reports and accident investigations.

* NCSO designation.
* Up-to-date safety certifications.
* Knowledge of OHS Act and Regulations.
* Professional written and oral communication skills.
* Excellent safety inspection, hazard awareness, report writing, and communication skills.
* Minimum 3 years experience in construction/industrial safety.
* Must be proficient with computer and mobile applications.
