<p>Reporting to the Quality & Continuous improvement manager, your mission will be ensure the operation product?s quality relied to the methodology and process used.</p><p>We open 1 position on the day shift.</p><p>Work schedule :</p><ul><li>Day : 7 AM to 4h15 PM, from Monday to Thursday and Friday, from 7 AM to 11h45 AM</li></ul><p></p><p><strong>Here are your future tasks : </strong></p><ul><li>Make a compression test for the fiber twice per shift;</li><li>Make a test to validate the height of the pillow;</li><li>Make a visual pillow inspection on different quality points;</li><li>Take measurements on pillow;</li><li>Ensure that the barcode is correctly relied to the order;</li><li>Make quality inspection tour on different workstations in the plant;</li><li>Train employees on quality criteria and ensure the follow-ups;</li><li>Inspect new production at the reception;</li><li>Conducts audits.</li></ul> <br> <p><strong>To be efficient as a quality inspector; here are the roles and responsibilities :</strong></p><ul><li>For this position, we select mainly based and attitude and work experience<ul><li>No specific diploma required</li></ul></li><li>Need to be detailed and meticulous;</li><li>Have good negotiation and communication skills;</li><li>Analysis ability to identifiy the gravity of the quality issues;</li><li>Be bilingual (French / English) is an asset;</li><li>Have a former experience in quality department (Asset).</li></ul><p><strong> </strong></p><p>You will be mainly affected in our Brighi section, but will progressively be affected to the whole plant.</p>
