We are working intimately to develop robust data sets on seedling growth. If you possess an entrepreneurial spirit and are as passionate about plant health and precision as we are, then we invite you to join us in seeding the future! *What you?ll actually be doing* * Contribute to the development and enhancement of AI algorithms for seed health and viability * Work with AWS tools to manage and analyze large datasets * Ensure real-time inference and high-speed processing of seed sorting data * Process noisy, high-dimensional data to find meaningful patterns * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team across hardware, software, and biology *What we?re looking for* * Degree in math, statistics, or data science * Strong background in statistical methods and experimental design * Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) * Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++ * Strong Python skills and experience with AWS (S3, EC2) * Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Curious, creative, and motivated to learn about agriculture and plant systems *Why this is a great place to work* * You?ll play a critical role in building high-quality training data for AI * You?ll learn quickly, gain ownership, and help shape a growing company * We offer attractive equity options in an early-stage tech startup with high growth potential * You?ll be part of a team working to make agriculture smarter, cleaner, and better for the planet _This is a grant funded position, applicants must be a Canadian citizen, permanent resident of Canada or person granted refugee status in Canada and legally entitled to work according to the relevant provincial legislation and regulation._ Sound like a fit?
