We are committed to supporting you throughout your job search and at every stage of your career.</p><p>--</p><p>I'm looking for a Paymaster for a recycling company in Laval. <br> <br>Your duties will include : <br> <br>Payroll preparation and follow-up with the payroll system (125 to 150 employees) ; <br>Produce year-end documents (T4/T4A/R1 + Déclaration des salaires + Sommaire 1); <br>-Coordinate with Human Resources to ensure accuracy of employee data; <br>Follow-up of salary agreements and control of individual conditions; <br>-Group insurance and group RRSP processing; <br>-Administer complementary benefits plan; <br>-Participate in the creation of accounting and archiving files for each fiscal year; <br>-Participate in the department's various special projects; <br>-Participate in monthly bank and VISA reconciliations; <br>-Assist the Chief Accountant in the management of the Accounting Department; <br>-Participate in the preparation of annual budgets for each company; <br>Participate in the preparation of interim financial reports and monthly follow-ups; <br>Participate in year-end payroll activities and ensure compliance with process and deadlines; <br>-Participate in the integration, testing and implementation of payroll system enhancements, interfaces and tax updates; <br>-All other related tasks.</p><p>Your profile: <br> <br>-Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar position; <br>-Knowledge of the payroll accounting cycle; <br>Knowledge and experience of month-end and annual files; <br>-Comfortable collaborating on the accounting of several companies; <br>-Knowledge of SAGE 50 software, an asset; <br>-Good knowledge of the Office suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); <br>-Ability to plan and organize work; <br>-Organizational skills, analytical mind, thoroughness and attention to detail; <br>-Ability to manage priorities and stress resistance. <br> <br>What we offer : <br> <br>-Group insurance <br>-RRSPS <br>-Company events <br>-Flexible arrival and departure times <br>-Employee Assistance Program <br>-Wellness Programs <br>-Pension Plans <br>-On-site parking <br>-Casual Dress</p>- LocationLaval, QC
