*Under the responsibility of the Business Development Manager, the position holder fulfills the responsibilities linked to sales and representation of the Concrete Restoration Systems (CRS) and/or Tile and Stone Installation Systems and/or Industrial Flooring divisions for Interior B.C. * *Main tasks and responsibilities of the position: * * The territory growth, sales budget and business management of a designated territory for Tile and Stone Installation Systems (TSIS) and Floor Covering Installation Systems (FCIS) and for Concrete Restoration and Industrial Flooring business, consistent with corporation objectives through special presentations of current and new products on the market * Representing the company with various potential customers (distributors, consulting engineers, industrials, architects, installers) * Product training and demonstration * Communications with clients regarding technical matters on products, complaint resolution and influencing buying decisions of customers * Presentation of written reports to management on all activities of the territory and providing market intelligence * Doing cold calls or market solicitation on a regular basis * Providing company with feedback on field testing of new or prototype formulas * Participating in the development of new products with the Product Managers * Does any other related tasks *Skills required:* * High School degree with 5 years of experience in sales & customer service in a similar industry or College Degree with 3 years of experience in sales & customer service in a similar industry * 5 years of experience in installation and/or estimating is a must * Floor covering knowledge (surface preparation, tile, stone, carpet, vinyl, wood, industrial flooring) and Concrete Restoration knowledge * Valid driver?s license * Very good communication and negotiation skills * Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Outlook is a must * Courtesy and discernment * Capacity to work under pressure * Perseverance Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: $60,000.00-$95,000.00 per year Additional pay: * Bonus pay Benefits: * Company events * Dental care * Disability insurance * Employee assistance program * Extended health care * Life insurance * On-site parking * Paid time off * RRSP match * Vision care * Work from home Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: Remote
