*About the Opportunity*
*Meighen Haddad LLP* is a well-established, full-service law firm proudly serving clients throughout southwestern Manitoba for over a century. We are currently seeking skilled and motivated *Associate Lawyers* with a minimum of three years? experience to join our dynamic legal team in Brandon. The successful candidates will bring experience and interest in one or more of the following practice areas:
* *Solicitor\\Corporate and Commercial*: Advise clients on a wide range of corporate transactions. Support clients with real estate transactions, wills and estates, agribusiness, and other general legal matters.
* *Litigation*: Manage civil litigation and administrative law matters from inception through resolution, including court and tribunal appearances, negotiations, and dispute resolution.
* *Family Law*: Provide compassionate and effective legal representation in matters such as divorce, child and spousal support, and property division.
*Qualifications:*
* Minimum of 3 years post-call experience
* Practising member of the Law Society of Manitoba or eligible to be licensed in Manitoba.
* Strong legal writing, advocacy, negotiation and communication skills
* Ability to work independently while also contributing to a team-oriented environment
