Our team of Supply Chain and Logistics experts speaks your language and operates in your world.</p><p>Our client specializes in the design, assembly, import and distribution of high-end products, with constant growth in the Canadian and American markets. The company is located in Beloeil and is looking for an Operations Manager. <br> <br>Responsibilities : <br> <br>- Ensure a safe, clean and productive work environment. <br>- Supervise and motivate the warehouse team while promoting effective collaboration. <br>- Plan, organize and prioritize daily tasks with rigor and efficiency. <br>- Collaborate with the Operations Manager to establish priorities and deadlines. <br>- Train new employees and ensure compliance with internal procedures. <br>- Evaluate productivity and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) to improve results. <br>- Oversee product receiving, inventory and shipping, ensuring maximum accuracy using ERP tools. <br>- Document processes to ensure continuity and improved practices.</p><p>Skills required: <br> <br> - 6 to 8 years' experience in warehouse or logistics management. <br>- Demonstrated expertise with SAP Business One and Produmex WMS. <br>- Training in logistics, operations management or related field, or equivalent experience. <br>- Strong leadership and team management skills. <br>- Strong sense of organization, attention to detail and responsibility. <br>- Training in 5S, Continuous improvement, Lean six sigma (important asset)</p>- LocationBeloeil, QC
