*Summary*
We are currently seeking a Bus Driver to join our team at Landmark Bus Lines. In this role, you will be responsible for safely transporting passengers, ensuring their comfort and security throughout their journey. Your contribution will be vital in upholding our reputation as a leader in transportation.
*Responsibilities*
* Safely operate a bus while adhering to all traffic laws and regulations.
* Ensure the comfort and safety of all passengers during transit.
* Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition.
* Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, especially children and seniors.
* Maintain accurate records of routes, schedules, and passenger counts.
* Communicate effectively with dispatchers and other team members regarding any issues or delays.
*Requirements*
* Valid commercial driver's license (CDL) with a clean driving record.
* Experience in commercial driving preferred, especially with passenger transport.
* Strong communication skills in English; bilingualism (Spanish) is an asset.
* Ability to work well with children and seniors, demonstrating patience and care.
* Basic mechanical knowledge for vehicle inspections is a plus.
