Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years. Work setting: Repair and service establishment. Wholesale establishment/store. Warehouse. Tasks: Answer telephone and relay telephone calls and messages. Clean and maintain office, supply area or warehouse. Perform general office duties. Set-up displays of retail parts and accessories.
