Job Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated support worker to provide exceptional care and support to an individual currently residing in their home in Hinton, Alberta. Only candidates residing in Hinton and within commuting distances are encouraged to apply.
Experience:
- Previous experience in senior care, dementia care, or related fields is preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting, if required
- Knowledge of meal preparation techniques and dietary restrictions
- Familiarity with patient care procedures and protocols
- Understanding of the needs and challenges faced by individuals in nursing homes, home care, or hospice care settings
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients
