SkiBig3, encompassing Banff Sunshine, Lake Louise, and Mt. Norquay in Banff National Park, is seeking an exceptional leader to fill the role of Business Development Director. This pivotal position aims to drive strategic growth, expand market channels, and elevate SkiBig3?s position as a world-class ski destination. The director will oversee the promotion of lift tickets, season passes, rentals, and snow school programs while collaborating with key domestic and international partners to identify and seize new market opportunities.
The Business Development Director will be based in Banff, ensuring proximity to operations, resorts, and key stakeholders to build meaningful relationships and deliver exceptional results.

This position will be part of the SkiBig3 Marketing & Sales Team. Working with all other SkiBig3 departments and ski resorts; Banff Sunshine, Lake Louise and Mt Norquay.
