*Job Overview* We are currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Representative & Website Coordinator to join our growing team. In this role, you?ll be the friendly face and voice of our brand while also managing and maintaining our Shopify-based website. Greet and assist visitors and clients in a professional and welcoming manner ?Answer phone calls, emails, and live chat inquiries with exceptional customer service ?Maintain and update product listings, collections, and content on our Shopify website ?Support e-commerce operations, including inventory updates, pricing, and promotional content ?Troubleshoot minor website issues and coordinate with our development team as needed ?Assist with general administrative tasks and team coordination *Qualifications* ?Experience in a receptionist or administrative support role ?Strong working knowledge of Shopify and basic website management ?Excellent verbal and written communication skills ?Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills ?Friendly, professional, and customer-focused demeanor *What We Offer* ?A creative, supportive, and flexible work environment ?Opportunities for growth within a global beauty brand ?Staff discounts on industry-leading nail products ?Work alongside a passionate, collaborative team that values fun and innovation Job Type: Full-time Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour Benefits: * Dental care * Extended health care * On-site parking * Vision care Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Work Location: In person- LocationVictoria, BC
