*Job Summary* We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our dishes are prepared to the highest standards, contributing to an exceptional dining experience for our guests. *Duties* * Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards set by the restaurant. * Assist in the preparation of ingredients, including chopping vegetables, marinating proteins, and measuring spices. * Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines. * Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service during peak hours. * Monitor food inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed. * Follow all health and safety regulations related to food handling and preparation. * Participate in training new kitchen staff members as required. *Requirements* * Previous experience in a kitchen or food service environment is preferred. * Knowledge of food preparation techniques and cooking methods. * Familiarity with food safety standards and practices in the food industry. * Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. * Strong teamwork skills and the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. * Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed. * A passion for meal preparation and creating high-quality dishes that delight customers.
