We are seeking a *certified 310T Truck & Trailer Technician* with a minimum of *2 years of hands-on experience* to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, overhauling, adjusting, and repairing a wide range of *truck and trailer equipment*. This includes, but is not limited to: * Diesel engines * Electrical, brake, and cooling systems * Manual and automatic transmissions * Clutches and differentials/power dividers * PTO systems * Starters and alternators * Refrigeration units and HVAC systems (hot and cold) * Fan clutches and engine electronics (gas and diesel) * Power steering systems and both manual and power steering gearboxes We're looking for a skilled, detail-oriented professional who is committed to safety, efficiency, and high-quality workmanship in a fast-paced maintenance environment. *Responsibilities:* * Diagnose, inspect, and repair a full range of truck and trailer systems, including diesel engines, transmissions (manual and automatic), clutches, power dividers, and differentials. * Service and repair electrical, braking, and cooling systems, including engine electronics and fan clutches. * Perform maintenance and repairs on PTO systems, starters, alternators, and power steering components. * Inspect completed repairs to verify workmanship, ensure all safety protocols are met, and confirm that vehicles are fully road-ready with zero tolerance for breakdowns. * Ensure all repairs and maintenance tasks are completed efficiently and accurately, minimizing downtime. * Maintain detailed service records and documentation. * Interact with drivers and team to accurately identify and understand concerns or issues before starting repairs on the equipment. * Instruct and advise other technicians on maintenance procedures, repair techniques, and diagnostic approaches when needed. * Collaborate with other mechanics and supervisors to prioritize repairs and workflow. * Ability to track and manage parts inventory accurately as part of daily maintenance responsibilities. * Uphold a safe, organized, and clean work environment at all times. *Qualification* * Valid *310T Truck & Coach Technician License* * Minimum *2 years of experience* working with heavy-duty trucks and trailers. * Basic computer literacy and ability to use diagnostic software and digital maintenance platforms. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, safety-first environment. * Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. *How to apply * Apply via indeed, email - enquiry@equicoretransport.com, call at 905-863-2800.
