We?re looking for a *part-time Director of Sales & Marketing* who can help drive our next stage of growth by leading digital marketing, sales strategies, and automation systems. *Position Overview* As Director of Sales & Marketing, you?ll own and manage the full sales and marketing funnel: from running and optimizing Meta Ads and Google Ads, to improving SEO, managing CRM systems, and driving revenue through strategic campaigns. You will work directly with the founders to shape marketing strategies, improve client acquisition, and scale up recurring revenue. This role is perfect for someone who is analytical, creative, hands-on, and excited to help a fast-growing clinic reach the next level. *Key Responsibilities* Plan, launch, and manage paid ad campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads) Optimize website performance, Google SEO, and landing page conversions Manage CRM systems, set up automation workflows, and track lead nurturing Analyze marketing KPIs and campaign performance; report insights to leadership Develop and execute sales strategies to drive consultations, memberships, and upsells Collaborate with clinic owners and injectors to align marketing with service offerings Stay up-to-date on trends in digital marketing and the medical aesthetics industry *Qualifications* Proven experience managing Meta Ads, Google Ads, and Google SEO Strong understanding of CRM management and sales automation tools (e.g., GHL, Jane App, or similar) Track record of successfully driving client acquisition and revenue growth Strong analytical, reporting, and optimization skills Creative thinker with excellent communication and collaboration abilities Ability to work part-time, with flexible hours and some remote work *What We Offer* Competitive pay with performance bonuses tied to growth Flexible part-time hours with remote work options Opportunity to shape the marketing engine of a fast-growing aesthetics brand A collaborative, entrepreneurial team culture Discounted treatments and staff wellness perks Job Type: Part-time Pay: $25.00-$35.00 per hour Expected hours: 10 ? 20 per week Additional pay: * Bonus pay Schedule: * Day shift * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Work Location: Hybrid remote in Halifax, NS
