*Key Responsibilities:*
* Plans and organizes daily routine: owner follow-up, prospective customers, confirmation of outstanding delivery dates and times
* Maintains current product knowledge, benefits and features for comprehensive sales presentations
* Adheres to company delivery procedures to ensure delivery of vehicle and positive customer experience
* Conducts sales demos and walk-around videos for any internet leads
* Follows up on Leads, follows up with referrals daily
* Maintains files on all sold and prospective customers
* Maintains a working knowledge of all products for sale
*Qualifications:*
* *2+ years of experience in a sales environment* with a proven ability to build rapport and close deals
* *Outstanding communication skills* and the ability to actively listen to customers to truly understand and meet their needs
* A *positive, team-oriented mindset*?you're someone who contributes to a fun and supportive atmosphere, even in a fast-paced, ever-changing market
* *Strong computer skills*, including experience with Google Workspace and Monday.com; familiarity with dealership management software is a definite asset
* A *valid driver?s license* and willingness to provide a clean Driver?s Abstract
