Our Saskatoon Head Office supports distribution to six locations across western Canada.
*Position Overview:*
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to support customer operations at our head office. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, and able to communicate clearly across multiple channels.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* Process orders via phone, email, and other channels in a professional and friendly manner
* Conduct stock checks and assist customers with product information and recommendations
* Track and trace back orders from entry to completion
* Coordinate pickups and deliveries across our regional branches
* Maintain email communication and accurate customer account records
* Investigate and resolve service issues in a timely, empathetic manner
*What We?re Looking For:*
* Strong product knowledge or a willingness to learn quickly (training provided)
* High accuracy and attention to detail with data entry and internal systems
* Excellent communication skills?both written and verbal
* A team player who collaborates well across departments
* A proactive attitude and willingness to go the extra mile for customers
*Assets (Not Required):*
* Experience with flooring products, wholesale distribution, or freight/logistics
* Familiarity with order tracking, inventory systems, or related software
