\*High school graduation certificate or equivalent experience
\*WHMIS (if you do not have your WHMIS, we provide this training)
\*Food Safety Certificate, or equivalent
\*Experience in full-service restaurant is desired
\*Understanding of cooking methods, ingredients and equipment
\*Flexible schedule and the ability to work a variety of shifts including opening, closing, weekends and holidays as scheduled

*RESPONSIBILITES*
\*Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
\*Prepare dishes for customers with food allergies or intolerances
\*Inspect kitchens and food service areas
\*Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies and equipment
\*Clean kitchen and work areas
\*Must have knowledge of the establishment's culinary genres
\*Establish methods to meet work schedules
\*Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales and wastage
\*Ensure food service and quality control
\*Supervise and check delivery of food trolleys
\*Attention to detail
\*Fast-paced environment
\*Handling heavy loads
\*Physically demanding
