Plumbing OR HVAC GAS A or B Ticket Minimum 5 years of experience Valid Drivers License Satisfactory Criminal Record Check *Job Duties:* * Supervise, coordinate and schedule the activities of Technicians and their projects from start to finish * Establish methods to meet works schedules and coordinate work activities with other departments * Requisition of materials and supplies * Resolve work problems and recommend measure to improve productivity * Train or arrange training of workers * Recommend personnel actions such as promotions * Ensure standards for safe working conditions are observed * Ensure work meets established quality standards and to verify compliance with relevant codes, regulations and industry standards * Provide guidance and troubleshooting assistance to members * Keep accurate records for project documentation, compliance and billing purposes. *Compensation*: Compensation structure for this position is open to negotiations for a combination of a base rate plus commission.
