The right candidate(s) will demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt in a very fast paced, fun and energetic environment. Line cook expectations are as follows: execution of busy lunch/dinner services, upkeep and maintenance of kitchen equipment, and the washing of dishes. The appropriate applicant must work well amongst others. Must have full availability including weekends and holidays. Appropriate candidates will be punctual and reliable. Experience is an asset, but not necessary.
