As Atlantic Canadas Largest Automotive Dealer Group, we offer an industry-leading retirement savings plan with employer match and opportunities for growth and advancement to support our employees' futures.Qualifications:Passionate about the automotive industry.Well organized, possess a good work ethic and a positive attitude.Hard working, self-motivated and have excellent time management skills.Have a valid driver's license and be able to provide an acceptable driver's abstract.Have a valid Motor Vehicle Inspection License.Must be Red Seal Certified.Facial hair will interfere with the ability to achieve a proper seal on CSA-approved respirators; therefore, it is a requirement that staff must be clean-shaven. If you are unable to maintain a clean shave where the respirator seals to the face for any reason, please inform us in the form of a request for accommodation.Responsibilities:Ability to work on a diverse selection of makes, models and years.Work on vehicles to bring them up to standard and take pride in your ability to see the before and after.Ability to troubleshoot unique problems or vehicles.Diagnose faults and confirm findings with supervisor.Inspect, repair or replace parts and components of automotive systems as required.Test and adjust repaired systems to manufacturer's performance specifications.Advise customers on work performed, general vehicle condition and future repair requirements.Complete reports to record problems and work performed.Why You'll Love Steele Auto Group: At Steele Auto Group, you're not just joining a company?you're joining a community.
