If you?re looking for a fast-paced environment, this role is for you. *Position Summary:* ITD is currently seeking a Structural Engineer responsible for oversight of on-site chassis engineering projects including: Design, fabrication, production and implementation of fixtures to increase manufacturing output, oversee equipment installation, troubleshooting of control system hardware and software, engineering support for trades. *Responsibilities and Duties:* * Responsible for design, fabrication, production and implementation of new fixtures. * Ensuring processes comply with safety and quality standards. * Installation of fixtures * Full-life cycle project support, including system design, troubleshooting, system engineering, programming, factory testing, commissioning, and validation. * Integration of third-party control systems * Specification, design, procurement and acceptance of instrumentation, control panels, and power distribution to machine centers and processing skids * Create and modify schematics with AutoCAD * Review of shop drawings * Performing risk assessments of the equipment and processes being used * Providing the Product Manager with process documents and standard operating procedures * develop and improve industrial processes to maintain efficiency, reduce cost, improve sustainability, and maximize profitability *Qualifications:* * Bachelor's degree in Engineering required. * Lean Six Sigma is an asset. * Proven work experience as a Process Engineer. * Experience working with Solidworks and AutoCAD. * Advanced technical skills. * Analytical thinker. * Ability to project manage and Multitask in a fast-paced environment.
