*Role Description*
We are looking for a motivated and multifaceted individual to joint our growing team as a Structural Engineer. In this role, you'll be exposed to many building systems and materials in the design phase, overseeing preparation of construction drawings in conformance with the National Building Code and various related standards. In the construction phase, you'll be performing field reviews to verify construction and collaborate on resolutions for issues encountered on-site. As our office continues to grow, we are looking for an individual located in Alberta, Saskatchewan, or Manitoba.
*Qualifications*
* Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering specializing in structural design from a recognized university
* Minimum 5 years experience in structural engineering with demonstrated technical skills
* Registered as a Professional Engineer with APEGA, APEGS, and/or EGM
* Working knowledge of the National Building Code and municipal regulations
* Experience in preparing structural construction documents
* Knowledge of residential, commercial, and/or light industrial design and construction
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills
* Motivated and detailed oriented
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $75,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
