SJGHEL is seeking a Manager, Human Resources to join our leadership team! The role will be reporting to the Director, Employee & Labour Relations/CHRO. In this role you will provide subject matter expertise and support to other managers in the organization, contribute to project planning, take on the day-to-day leadership of the organizations human resources function and effectively manage the Human Resources team. The individual will promote the integration of technologies in an effective way to enhance the departments support of the organization.
The successful candidate will have a post-secondary degree/diploma in Human Resource Management or a related field, and a current designation as a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL) or Certified Human Recourses Professional (CHRP) or equivalent post-secondary education, training and experience may be considered. The successful candidate will also have three to five years? experience working in an HR department within a multi-union organization, preferable in a healthcare environment. Experience in the use and maintenance of Meditech is also preferred.
