You?ll also collaborate with a variety of teams to develop and monitor strategy success measures.What you?ll do:<ul><li>Develop content for the corporate plan, corporate performance and quarterly and annual reports</li><li>Facilitate discussions with stakeholders to address factors affecting strategy success</li><li>Ensure accuracy and consistency of documents and disclosures and validate results</li><li>Develop, maintain and improve processes, methods and tools for strategic planning, measurement and communication of strategic outcomes</li><li>Identify gaps in strategy achievement and communicate progress to key stakeholders</li></ul>What we?re looking for:<ul><li>Critical thinker with advanced knowledge of strategy development, implementation and best practices</li><li>Skilled communicator who can present complex topics to a variety of stakeholders</li><li>Team player who can collaborate with a variety of business units and stakeholders</li><li>Analytical thinker with the ability to analyze trends and performance, draw conclusions and make recommendations</li></ul>What you?ll need:<ul><li>A bachelor's degree in agricultural finance, business administration or commerce and at least six to eight years of related experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)</li><li>A CPA designation is an asset</li><li>Knowledge of the agriculture and financial services industry as well as legislative and business processes is an asset </li><li>Bilingualism (English and French) is an asset.</li></ul>
