*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled Paving Machine Operator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating an Asphalt Paving Machine in a safe and efficient manner. This role is crucial in ensuring that projects are completed on time and to the highest standards. The Operator will work closely with other team members. *Duties* * Operate Asphalt Paving Machine * Paving surfaces as directed by project supervisors. * Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure proper functioning and perform minor maintenance as needed. * Collaborate with team members * Follow all safety guidelines and regulations to promote a safe working environment. *Skills* * Proven experience and a valid driver's license. * Competence in paving surfaces with attention to detail. * Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team environment. * 1 -2 years Minimum Experience.
