We?re seeking a creative, detail-oriented *Charcuterie Artist* to join our team full-time. This evening-only position is perfect for someone with a strong eye for presentation and a passion for food styling. You?ll be responsible for preparing and assembling beautiful, well-balanced charcuterie boards that reflect both quality and artistry.
*Responsibilities:*
* Assemble charcuterie boards with precision, creativity, and consistency
* Handle and prepare meats, cheeses, fruits, and accompaniments safely and hygienically
* Maintain proper stock rotation and inventory of perishable items
* Ensure all boards meet visual and portioning standards
* Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary prep space
* Communicate effectively with the kitchen and service teams
*Requirements:*
* Prior experience in food prep, catering, or charcuterie design is a plus
* Must be available for *evening shifts only*, full-time schedule
* High attention to detail and strong aesthetic sense
* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
