* Handle administrative duties such as bill payment, maintaining files, and managing correspondence, journal entries, inventory management, etc.
* Utilize QuickBooks for basic accounting tasks and financial record keeping.
* Maintain an organized office environment by implementing effective filing systems
* Collaborate with team members to support various projects and initiatives as needed.
*Skills*
* Proficient in data entry with a high level of accuracy.
* Strong front desk experience with excellent phone etiquette.
* Solid administrative skills, including proficiency in office software and tools.
* Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
* Strong knowledge of QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
