*Overview*
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation of various products in residential and commercial settings. This role requires attention to detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. As an Installer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality installations.
*Responsibilities*
* Perform installations of products according to specifications and safety standards.
* Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
* Ensure all tools and equipment are maintained in good working condition.
* Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide exceptional service.
* Troubleshoot installation issues and provide solutions as needed.
* Maintain accurate records of installations and any necessary follow-up work.
* Adhere to company policies and safety regulations at all times.
*Requirements*
* Previous experience in installation or a related field is preferred.
* Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
* Ability to work with hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
* Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
* Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
* Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred.
* Willingness to travel to job sites as needed.
