About the Role
We're seeking a detail-oriented Office Assistant to support our team with administrative tasks and ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities
* Data entry, filing, and record maintenance
* Greet visitors and manage phone calls/emails professionally
* Schedule appointments and maintain calendars
* Proofread documents and support office staff as needed
Requirements
* Strong organizational and communication skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
* Excellent phone etiquette and multitasking abilities
* Office experience preferred
* Banking/mortgage/accounting background is a plus (training provided)
* Hindi or Urdu language skills are an asset
