Ensure the use of best practices, manage complaints, offer solutions to mitigate risks and ensure efficient risk sharing. Periodically review coverages. Act as an expert for NBC. </li></ul><strong>Your team:</strong><p><br><span>Reporting to the Senior VP and President of National Bank Insurance and you have a team of 6 employees with diverse skills. The team's mandates are varied. It applies to all National Bank Insurance's business units, both for compliance with the legal framework and for the management of risks and the legal affairs associated with them. The team is also responsible for the management (underwriting, claims) of all insurance coverage underwritten by National Bank or one of its subsidiaries.</span></p><p><strong>Requirements:</strong><br></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10 years of relevant experience or master's degree in a related field and 8 years of relevant experience </li><li>Experience in personnel management </li><li>Strong corporate law background </li><li>Knowledge of regulatory and compliance practices in insurance (people and damage) and banking, an important asset </li><li>Knowledge of more complex insurance transactions and products serving corporate or institutional needs </li><li>Member in good standing of the Barreau du
