Position Description
The position of Finance & Insurance Manager consists of ensuring production of revenue for the dealership through sales of finance and insurance programs to new and used car and truck customers.
Duties & Responsibilities
? Sell finance and credit life, accident and health insurance to customers.
? Establish business contacts with financial sources and factory credit divisions.
? Coordinate approval from financial sources and factory credit divisions.? Provide sales incentives for finance and insurance
? Train salesperson to sell financing
? Establish finance forecasting in conjunction with sales department forecasting to achieve a desire percent of penetration.
? Attend managers' meetings.
? Arrange for insurance companies for insurance paper.
? Maintain insurance files.
? Acquire necessary licenses for selling insurance on approval of General Manager.? Prepare monthly penetration reports on finance penetration and submit to General Manager.
? Ensure correct title, lien information, taxes etc., on all transaction document.? Provide all rate questions.
? Oversee collection of finance and insurance fees.Qualifications
? High school diploma.
? Ability to read and understand directions.
? College Degree or commensurate experience in area of finance.
? 1 year minimum prior F & I experience.
? Understanding of dealership finance and insurance procedures.
? Familiarity with dealership computer system.
? Excellent communication skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $52,482.69-$184,545.95 per year
