We specialize in helping eCommerce businesses recover significant portions of their shipping expenses and help Amazon sellers recoup a percentage of their annual revenue.
*Position Overview*
This is an entry position and training is provided. As a *Claims Support Clerk *at RefundPros, your primary responsibility will be to help the Claims Team submit claim requests and perform a variety of straightforward support tasks. You?ll have the opportunity to showcase your attention to detail and task management by handling a variety of duties that come from helping unique businesses. *What you will do in this role:*
* Submitting refund claims to National Shipping carriers and Amazon on behalf of businesses across North America
* Handling data entry tasks for refund claims, assisting with onboarding processes, and collecting relevant business data as needed
* Assist with document downloading and organization
* Assisting and reporting to supervisor to ensure procedures are followed and semi-automated processes run on time
* Adhering to deadlines and completing tasks efficiently
* Occasional customer interactions via email and phone
