Based in Kelowna BC, RefundPros is Canada's largest and most reputable shipping carrier and Amazon auditing company. With almost 10 years of experience, we have honed our expertise and developed a deep understanding of the industry. We specialize in helping eCommerce businesses recover significant portions of their shipping expenses and help Amazon sellers recoup a percentage of their annual revenue. *Position Overview* This is an entry position and training is provided. As a *Claims Support Clerk *at RefundPros, your primary responsibility will be to help the Claims Team submit claim requests and perform a variety of straightforward support tasks. You?ll have the opportunity to showcase your attention to detail and task management by handling a variety of duties that come from helping unique businesses. At RefundPros, we offer an inclusive environment where you can grow professionally and develop new skills. *What you will do in this role:* * Submitting refund claims to National Shipping carriers and Amazon on behalf of businesses across North America * Handling data entry tasks for refund claims, assisting with onboarding processes, and collecting relevant business data as needed * Assist with document downloading and organization * Assisting and reporting to supervisor to ensure procedures are followed and semi-automated processes run on time * Adhering to deadlines and completing tasks efficiently * Occasional customer interactions via email and phone *What you will bring to the role:* * Strong organizational skills * Attention to detail * Effective task prioritization * Adaptability * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google tools * Ability to work independently and in a team * Problem solving skills * Strong communication skills *Nice to have* * Previous data entry experience or similar role * Customer service experience * Familiarity with Monday.com, Slack or similar *What?s in it for you?* * A friendly and inclusive work culture that embraces diversity and equity * One on one training and team support * Opportunities to innovate and experiment with new ideas * No weekends, and 2pm finish on Fridays * Work days: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday * Part time: 23 hours per week * Contract: June - Sept 30, 2025 with potential for extension * Queensway Bus Station right across the street * Dog friendly * Casual work wear * Fun work and team events Are you ready to be our *Claims Support Clerk*?
