*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and conducting changeovers at our properties, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all. This role requires a proactive approach to cleaning tasks and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
*Duties*
* Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and sanitizing surfaces.
* Utilize power tools and hand tools effectively for various cleaning tasks.
* Conduct light lifting when necessary to move furniture or equipment during cleaning processes.
* Ensure all areas are cleaned to the highest standards.
* Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests from guests.
* Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within designated time frames.
* Assist with facilities maintenance tasks as needed, reporting any issues or repairs required.
* Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.
*Requirements*
* Previous experience in cleaning or changeovers is preferred but not mandatory.
* Familiarity with power tools and hand tools used in cleaning and maintenance tasks.
* Ability to perform physical activities associated with cleaning duties.
* Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
* Excellent communication skills to interact positively with clients and team members.
* A proactive attitude towards maintaining cleanliness and safety standards in the workplace.
* Must be reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
